Collection and Delivery Policy -
How it Works

Our Products

All cheese is hand cut, fresh to order. Every effort is made to ensure the chosen weight is met; however, please be advised that all weights are approximate and may vary.


It is recommended that your cheese is stored in the wax paper in which it is wrapped and kept refrigerated, in the lower part of your fridge, for maximum freshness.


We also recommend that your cheese is removed from the fridge and left at room temperature for 30 - 60 minutes before consuming. This will ensure maximum enjoyment.



We offer local collection every week from our horse box outside the General Wine Company (Click here to view on Google maps). 


Pre-paid cheese orders can be collected between 5pm-7pm every Thursday.


Orders must be placed by 4pm Thursday for same day collection. Orders placed after this time will be available for collection the following week or can delivered in line with our delivery policy below.


Orders not collected by 7pm will be subject to a £3.95 delivery charge. This will be payable in person at the delivery address, prior to receipt of the goods, and in line with our delivery policy below.


Refunds are not available once the order has been placed and your payment has been processed. Please contact us immediately via the website if you need to make any changes to your order, including your date of collection or delivery.


If we are unable to fulfil your order, an alternative product may be offered or a refund will be given.



We offer local delivery every week within an 8mile radius of Liphook. Deliveries will be made between 7pm-8pm, Monday-Thursday. It is advised that someone is available to accept your order to ensure the quality of the product is maintained. If there is no answer at the delivery address, your order will be left in the most suitable location as determined by the driver. We accept no liability to the condition of the product, or it’s safely, if we are unable to hand this over in person.


Your chosen delivery date can be selected when competing your order. Same day delivery is not available. 


All deliveries are charged at £3.95 per order. If you wish to add to an order that has already been placed, please contact us via the website immediately.


If we are unable to fulfil your order, an alternative product may be offered or a refund will be given.

Cheese Subscriptions

Cheese subscriptions run for 6 consecutive months, starting from the month of activation. Subscriptions will be delivered on the first weekend of each month, in line with our delivery policy.


Mascarpony closes throughout the month of January each year. Where applicable, two deliveries will take place in December; one on the first weekend and the second as close to Christmas Day as can. This will be confirmed nearer the time.
