We strive to seek out the best cheeses crafted only by dedicated professionals from the cheesemaking industry. People who are deeply committed to the quality of their milk, the traditional cheesemaking methods, and sustainability. Although its not just about the cheese. We're about memories and the moments shared. We are about time with family and friends. We are about personal connections and conversation.
Wholesome Beginings
Starting with a blank sheet of paper
We started this business with a blank sheet of paper and genuinely set out with just a few scribbles in a notebook. The beauty of starting out from the beginning, is that you get to build exactly what you want, in the way that you want to. We started out by jotting down what was most important to us - our business principles, if you like.

We taste everything, we meet our suppliers (in person) and we get to know everything about the products before we decide to sell them on to others

For us, this means doing our bit to protect this planet for our children, Otis and Fred, and for the children and the generations that follow. This is a non-negotiable for us and an area that we absolutely will not compromise on.

Every time we sell a product through our business, we give back to the planet.
Trees for cheese
Planting trees is one of the greatest tools that we have in removing carbon pollution from our atmosphere. We have chosen to partner with Ecologi, making it easy for us to take action and fight the climate crisis.

For every purchase of £10, we commit to planting a tree. This doesn't cost our customers anything, we pay for it from our profits. Please come and visit our Mascarpony Forest, where you can see all of the trees we have planted so far.
