Pitchfork Cheddar

  • Two Welsh brothers in Somerset craft a classic British cheddar, sourcing milk from their own herd of Holstein and Jersey cows that roam the farm's organic pastures. Their cheddar is lovingly handmade in small, traditional batches following an age-old farmhouse recipe. The name "Pitchfork" pays homage to the historic tools used in Cheddar-making to gently cool the curds while incorporating salt.
